The week.

48 classes across seven days. If a class name here means nothing to you, that is the timetable's fault rather than yours —three questions and we will pick one.

What the names mean

One line each. The full version is on every class page, including who each one isnot for.

Foundations50 min · 12 people · Main studio
The first six weeks. You learn the machine before you learn the workout.
Reformer Flow50 min · 12 people · Main studio
The everyday class. Continuous, cued rather than demonstrated, and it assumes you know the machine.
Tower & Chair45 min · 6 people · Small studio
Six people, springs instead of momentum. The quietest hard thing on the timetable.
Jump Board45 min · 12 people · Main studio
Cardio, lying down. A board on the end of the reformer, loud music, forty-five minutes.
Prenatal & Postnatal50 min · 6 people · Small studio
Six people, one instructor who knows the difference between twelve weeks and thirty-four. Booked after a conversation, not before.
Rehab & Recovery55 min · 6 people · Small studio
Six people, fifty-five minutes, slower than anything else we run. A movement class in a small room — not a clinic.
