Prices, and what happens to your credits.
The second half of that sentence is the part most studios leave off. Ours is published in full further down this page, because quietly lapsing credits is standard practice in this sector and we would rather have your trust than your £46.
Every class costs the same whichever one it is, including the six-person ones. Tower & Chair is the least profitable thing we run and we are not going to charge you more for it.
First class
£15once
Any class you are eligible for, once, at about half price.
One per person. It is not a trial week and there is nothing to cancel afterwards — you book one class, you pay £15, and if you never come back nothing happens.
Drop-in
£26per class
One class, no commitment, book up to two weeks ahead.
The honest option if you come less than three times a month. Below that, a pack costs you more than dropping in does.
Pack of ten
£230£23 a class
Ten classes, valid four months from the day you use the first one.
Shareable with one other person if you tell us who. Expiry terms in full below — we would rather you read them than discover them.
Unlimited
£145a month
Everything on the timetable, rolling monthly, cancel with thirty days.
Worth it at six classes a month or more. Below that you are paying us for classes you are not taking, and we will email you if we notice that happening two months running.
Twelve hours notice to cancel a class and get the credit back. Waiting lists move automatically and we text you if a place opens.
The small print, large
What happens when a pack expires.
Every question below is one somebody has actually asked at reception. The answers are what we say to them.
- When does a pack of ten actually start counting down?
- From the day you take the first class, not the day you buy it. Buy a pack in November, use it in February, and your four months run from February.
- What happens if it expires with classes left?
- Email us and we will extend it. Once, for any reason, no explanation needed, no fee. We do not think a credit you paid for should evaporate because January was hard.
- And if I am ill, injured or pregnant?
- We freeze the pack for as long as you need, including indefinitely, and there is no limit on how often. Just tell us. This is not a concession we make reluctantly — it is most of the reason people trust us with a pack at all.
- Does anything auto-renew?
- Packs never auto-renew. Unlimited memberships do renew monthly, because that is what a monthly membership is, and we email you three days before each one.
- Can I get a refund on an unused pack?
- Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any of it, in full. After that we will refund the unused classes at the drop-in rate you effectively paid, minus nothing.
- What if I cancel a class late?
- Twelve hours notice and the credit goes back. Less than that and you lose it, because somebody on the waiting list needed those twelve hours. Twice a year we will wave that through — say so and we will not make you explain.
One to one
Every pregnancy, postnatal and injury enquiry starts here, and a lot of people book one before their first class simply because they would rather learn the machine without eleven other people in the room.

Concessions, and asking for one
We hold six concessionary places at a third of the price, for people on a low income or in receipt of benefits. There is no form and no proof required — you email Nadia and say you would like one, and she says yes until they run out and then puts you on a list.
We mention this on the pricing page rather than hiding it in the FAQ because a concession nobody knows about is a concession that does not exist.
